Description of Services

CASA BYC Productions creates personalized custom songs, lyrics, cover artwork, lyric videos, and digital music experiences based on information you provide. Specific deliverables depend on the package you purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information for your project
Respond to requests for clarification or approval in a timely manner
Ensure you have the rights to any materials you submit
Use delivered materials in accordance with your license

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, hateful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing purposes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any project request that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.

Content Submission Requirements

You are responsible for any lyrics, names, stories, photos, or materials you submit. By submitting materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us the rights necessary to create and deliver your project.

Customer Content Warranty

Customers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to provide all information, photographs, lyrics, recordings, names, stories, and other content submitted as part of their order.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.

Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with CASA BYC Productions.

Payment Authorization

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

Fraud Prevention

CASA BYC Productions reserves the right to cancel, suspend, refund, or reject any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, chargeback abuse, or violation of company policies.

Content Ownership

Customers confirm they have the legal right to submit any names, photographs, stories, lyrics, images, recordings, or other materials included in an order.

Commercial Use

All orders include a personal-use license unless a separate commercial license has been purchased and approved by CASA BYC Productions.

Right to Refuse Service

CASA BYC Productions reserves the right to refuse any request that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Delivery Expectations

Estimated delivery times are provided per package and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by project complexity, revision requests, and the speed of your responses. See our Service & Delivery Policy for details.

Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revisions: Starter includes 1 revision, Premium includes 2 revisions, and Signature includes 3 revisions. Additional revisions may be purchased separately. Unlimited revisions are not offered.

Payment Obligations

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CASA BYC Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, reputational, or punitive damages arising from the use of any product or service or delivered materials. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

Account Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Intellectual Property Provisions

Customers retain ownership of the materials they submit. CASA BYC Productions retains ownership of its website content, branding, templates, business processes, and proprietary systems. Rights to delivered materials are granted under our Copyright & Licensing Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CASA BYC Productions operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where CASA BYC Productions operates.
