Copyright Complaint Procedures
CASA BYC Productions respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, you may submit a written notice to licensing@casabycproductions.com.
Required Information for Notices
A valid copyright notice should include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location
- Your contact information (name, address, email, and phone number)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your signature.
Repeat Infringement Policy
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
