Song Title Policy
You may name your song during Story Discovery, or let our creative team propose titles for you. Before your lyrics are approved, you may change your song title as many times as you like, at no cost.
Selecting a title does not lock it. Your title is a working title and may change during the permitted creative period; every change is preserved in your project history. We will tell you before your title becomes final.
After lyrics approval and before music generation, you receive one complimentary final title change. Your title locks when you approve your final lyrics. From that point, Casa BYC Productions may begin creating and synchronizing final production materials using this title. If Casa BYC Productions makes an error using your approved title, we will correct our error without charging you.
Once music generation begins, a title change becomes a Production Change Request. Additional production work is required and any applicable fee is quoted before the change is made. You will always be informed of any applicable Post-Approval Change cost before additional paid work is performed. Production Change Request fee: Quoted per request.
Title changes are separate from the lyric or music revisions included in your package: changing your title never uses one of your revisions.
Refund Policy
Because all products are custom-created and personalized, orders become non-refundable once production begins.
Dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a refund because revision opportunities are provided according to the purchased package.
- Refunds may only be considered when CASA BYC Productions is unable to deliver the purchased service.
- Refunds may only be considered when a technical failure prevents fulfillment.
- Refunds may only be considered when required information is never received from the customer.
How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact us at orders@casabycproductions.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will respond as promptly as possible.
