Refund Policy
Because all products are custom-created and personalized, orders become non-refundable once production begins.
Dissatisfaction alone does not automatically qualify for a refund because revision opportunities are provided according to the purchased package.
- Refunds may only be considered when CASA BYC Productions is unable to deliver the purchased service.
- Refunds may only be considered when a technical failure prevents fulfillment.
- Refunds may only be considered when required information is never received from the customer.
