- Proprietary systems
Personal Use License
All standard purchases include a non-exclusive personal-use license. Customers may:
- Share with family and friends
- Use for weddings
- Use for anniversaries
- Use for birthdays
- Use for memorial tributes
- Post on personal social media
Personal Use Restrictions
Customers may NOT:
- Sell the song
- License the song
- Monetize the song
- Distribute commercially
- Register the song with a Performing Rights Organization
- Use the song in advertising
- Release the song commercially
Commercial Licensing
All songs are delivered with a personal-use license. Commercial use, advertising use, promotional use, monetized content use, business use, film use, podcast use, or other revenue-generating use requires a separate Commercial License. Commercial License pricing is provided as a custom quote.
Commercial rights are NOT included with standard purchases. Commercial licensing is required for:
- Spotify releases
- Apple Music releases
- YouTube monetization
- Podcast usage
- Advertising
- Film projects
- Television projects
- Business marketing
- Public commercial distribution
Full Rights Transfer
Commercial licensing requests are reviewed individually. Full ownership transfers, exclusive rights transfers, and copyright assignments are not included in standard purchases and require a separate written agreement.
AI-Assisted Creation and Human Creative Direction
CASA BYC Productions uses a combination of:

- AI-assisted music generation tools
How AI-Assisted Tools May Be Used
AI-assisted tools may be used for lyric drafting, arrangement assistance, music generation, instrumentation, vocal generation, and production support. Every project receives human review and approval before delivery.
Enforcement of Rights
Unauthorized commercial use, distribution, reproduction, resale, publication, or exploitation of CASA BYC Productions content may constitute copyright infringement and may result in enforcement of intellectual property rights.
AI Disclosure
CASA BYC Productions may utilize artificial intelligence tools, including lyric generation, creative assistance, music production assistance, editing tools, and content enhancement technologies as part of the creative process. Human review and customization may also be used.
