- Starter: 2–3 business days
- Premium: 2–4 business days
- Signature: 3–5 business days
- Ultimate: 5–10 business days
Production Workflow
After your order is confirmed, we review your story and creative direction, draft lyrics, produce your song, and prepare any additional deliverables included in your package, such as cover artwork or a lyric video.
Revision Process
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Submit revision requests through your project dashboard. We recommend consolidating your feedback so we can address it efficiently.
Customer Response Delays
Delivery estimates assume timely responses from you. Delays in providing information, approvals, or revision feedback will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Production Time for Complex Projects
Complex AI music video projects may require additional production time depending on story complexity, customization requests, and revisions. Optional priority production may be available as an add-on, subject to availability.
Delivery Methods
Completed digital files are delivered through your project dashboard and/or by email link. File formats depend on your package and may include MP3, WAV, image, and video files.
Customer Approval Procedures
You will be asked to review and approve your project. Once you approve a deliverable or your revision allowance is exhausted, the project is considered complete.
